FABRIC

FABRICFabric — textile product measured by an appropriate measure (length, width, area) formed on a loom interlacing of mutually perpendicular systems of threads.

Should be distinguished fabrics from the textile fabrics produced by other methods: knitted fabrics (produced by knitting, then there are inter-dependent, hinge series), nonwovens (which can be attributed to the felt), which in turn can happen in various ways: by extrusion through a Spinneret from a melt followed by thermal bonding (“spunbond”), different ways of fastening the canvas of the staple fibers: calendaring, thermal bonding, water-jet bonding, needle-punched method, water jet (Spunlace), fibre-piercing web stuff, electroflocculation, etc.
