The driver of the car is protected from rain by the body of the rider in motion “will cover” a wide windscreen and flaps, the pedestrian will stay dry under the small umbrella. Only the rider gets from the storm in full measure: umbrella will not help him, and the usual cloak will not save — because the water picked up by the opposite flow will quickly find its way under the sleeve and between the sides. Much safer here a Cape made from a rectangular sheet of plastic film. Cut the center hole for the head, and laterally reinforce the tightening twine. Wearing a transparent poncho, as shown in the figure, cover and hold wide-brimmed hat or helmet. In such “shell” is not afraid of any rain.
