24 – 27 June 2014 in pavilion No. 69 all-Russian exhibition centre will host the XIV all-Russian exhibition of scientific and technical creativity of youth NTTM-2014. The exhibition organizers are: the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation, Government of Moscow, all-Russian exhibition centre, the Council of rectors of Moscow and Moscow region with the support of the chamber of Commerce and industry of the Russian Federation. Given the importance of the exhibition NTTM in the formation of a new generation of engineering and technical personnel, integration of fundamental science, educational process and production, increase of innovative activity of youth of the XIV all-Russian exhibition of scientific and technical creativity of youth included in the Plan of participation of Ministry of education and science in Russian and international events in science, technology and innovation in the framework of the Year of science Russia – EU 2014.
The exhibition is held with the purpose of revealing and support of talented youth, creation of conditions for disclosure of creative abilities, improve the efficiency of youth participation in scientific and research activities, as well as scientific creativity. Annually the exhibition gathers the best representatives of creative young people from all corners of Russia. For years of its carrying out participants of the exhibition were more than 15 thousand young scientists, researchers, designers and inventors who submitted more than 9 thousand projects.
In the exhibition NTTM-2014 will be presented to the scientific and technical projects of young specialists, postgraduates and students of universities, pupils of secondary schools, institutions of additional education – winners of regional competitions, parades, competitions on three main topics: research projects, investment projects of young technocrats and technical creativity of children and adolescents. The exhibition will be complemented by interactive and animated sites. The exhibition will provide participants the opportunity of presenting projects to a wider audience, including potential employers and investors. The authors of the best projects and programmes will be awarded diplomas and valuable prizes.
The exhibition will host the annual all-Russian competition NTTM. According to its results will determine the contenders for the award for support of talented youth. Evaluation of the submitted works will host an Expert Council consisting of scientists, teachers, representatives of scientific and public organizations.
For participants prepared an extensive business and scientific programs that involve seminars, presentations, round tables, workshops, consultations and meetings with leading scientists and experts on various aspects of scientific and entrepreneurial activities.
A significant event of the exhibition will be scientific-practical conference “Scientific-technical creativity of youth — the path to the society based on knowledge”, the main goal, which is to stimulate the generation of new knowledge, forming the basis for technological innovation, to promote creative activity and professional growth of young specialists, formation of a community of specialists of a new formation.
