SANDING PAD

SANDING PADWhen grinding surfaces usually use bars wrapped around or nailed sandpaper. It is impractical, often have to throw away the pieces with a wide, completely untouched edges. We offer sanding pad consists of two parts: head with studs-studs and template with the response holes. Spikes — regular nails Ø 5-6 mm.

To work cut a strip of sandpaper with a length equal to the perimeter of the bottom of pads plus 10-15 mm for gluing. Then she put on a template and fixed, joining two parts. When the sanding paper on the working surface of the pads unusable, the template separates, turn “up” and re-clamp it.
