Mount a “mask” to the stand:
1 — clamp, 2 — stand dovetail, 3 — mask, 4 — pressure arc.
Besides the main purpose — to indicate the limits of the “swallow’s tail”, — “mask” besides slightly presses the cut down plate allows to avoid distortions.
