Stanislav GORYACHEV thought of his mini-tractor when he was 17 years old. Then started assembling. Collected, as he writes, “two summers”. Had to work from morning to evening. Thanks to the moral and material support of the parents (the father, for example, helped to sharpen and welding many of the details) the case was able to finish. The tractor, which Stanislav called “Asorensen”, helped the family work on the plot.
The most remarkable thing is that the young designer, having separate units, required for tractor traditional schemes, we decided to simplify the design, believing that only practice will confirm or refute his calculations. Practice has confirmed, and now Stanislav is sure a mini-tractor designed to work in the garden, may be like “Ocarinas,” simple, cheap and reliable.
Now Sergei Goryachev already a fifth-year student of the pedagogical University. However, the workload of studies does not prevent him to continue the job. Inspired with success, in addition to the existing set of implements — plough, harrow and mouldboard — made potato with independent drive of the conveyor. has no differential, instead — a simple bevel gearbox with three shafts: one input and two output. The input is attached to the main gearbox (tight coupling) output — rear wheel bushings and bolts M10. Wheel diameter — 800 mm. They consist of steel corrugated about-Dov with the grouser, steel spokes and flanges, welded steel discs, bushings and reinforcing gussets. Wheels of this design are not designed for riding on asphalt, only on the ground.
The presence of two transmissions — motor and chassis — allows you to get a wide range of speeds the mini-tractor both forward and backward. Technique shift two levers is not very complicated and does not require separate description.
Cable winch is designed for those occasions when you need to get to the root to drag the boulder to move some more weight, and when it is more convenient or easier to work with separate plow or harrow. It is mounted on a mini-tractor at the end of the Assembly. It makes it easier to implement the adjustment of a chain drive. In working condition the chain and frame of the guide rollers with the winch removed.

Device attachments that can be used with a winch, has been described in detail in the journal “modelist-Konstruktor”, so I will not repeat.
Lift mounted (towed) guns works is simple: squeeze the lever and easily raise the plow from arable land. The depth of plowing is set by the yoke into the bracket-stopper which is fixed a pin. With this lift works well plow of walking tractor MTZ-05.
