But, anyway, work on any new micromachines starts with a sheet of drawing paper. At this stage it is possible to carefully analyze the layout, to exclude or to neutralize disadvantages of the design.

The machine successfully passed sea trials. Front suspension and rear axle showed reliability in operation and a stopping device functioned flawlessly.
 
The model designed for serial domestic Microdrive CSTOM 2,5 CU-AC. However, the frame design allows to install other Soviet and foreign motors in this class. The frame is made of duralumin by milling according to the preliminary layout. On the frame with the help of crackers hung the rear axle housing, which is milled from a steel type 40CR. On the axes crackers are deep groove ball bearings 4X11.
 
Gear ratio 1:1,8125. Gear made integral with the shafts. Material — steel 12 HSA (carburizing and related heat treatment to the hardness after quenching in the range of HRC 60… 62). Gear shaft reducer is mounted on two ball bearings 6X19, and the shaft-gear rear axle — bearing 6X15.
 
The design of the rear and front shock absorbers similar to each other: the steel glass is the bronze piston and the spring, and to mitigate the recoil shock suspension at the bottom of the Cup padded soft rubber.

Rear wheels Ø 78 mm collapsible. Fixing them on the hubs — with split cones. In turn, the hubs are fixed with M6 nuts. On the threaded end of the pinion shaft of the gearbox is screwed a steel half-coupling with the groove under the pin of the propeller shaft. The distance between the axes of the pins is 20 mm, which is sufficient to compensate for the misalignment generated during operation of the cushioning of the suspension. In the bores of the coupling halves stacked pieces of foam.
 
A stopping device according to the scheme follows the development of N. Troneva given in the book Gusev and Osipova “Guide for avtomodelistov”. It is very reliable in operation, and was tested on several models — the number of denials was not. The fuel tank soldered tinplate. Has a fill tube with a threaded plug, the drain and supply tubing. On the frame the tank attaches with two screws M3.
 
And rear, front wheel collapsible design. Discs pressed in bronze bushings, which are fixed to the axle with a standard spring rings. The axis rotates in two ball bearings 5X13. Front control arm during the movement of the model oscillates, turning on a fixed axis in the frame Ø 4 mm. In arm, milled from D16T also pressed bronze bushing.
