Ventilate the apartment – not a problem if the room it is located on both sides of the house. But if all the Windows in the apartment face one direction, updating of the air in it is very slow.
A way out could be one or two of the deflector from sheet aluminum or, better, organic glass, installed on the panes of your Windows.
As a rule, the air moves along the wall, with one vent will serve as the air intake and the other on the cut which is created a vacuum, a kind of “exhaust pipe”.
