“…BEGINS WITH A HANGER”

Perhaps, after a hot iron main zealot unwrinkled clothes – hanger, or as we call them at home, – shoulders. Oddly enough, the manufacturers (and trade) provide a limited number of options that are widely required in everyday life design.
Figure 1 presents the typical and most common types of clothes hangers. This is a simple wooden hanger (a) for light weight items – shirts or blouses, summer jackets, jackets. On heavier clothes designed reinforced lower bridge hanger is triangular in shape (b). And finally, the only universal hanger – plastic (b), which bear coat or a fur coat, and the added details allow us to hang her suit with pants or skirt. In this fantasy producers are almost over, and opened a free field for creativity of Amateur designers – home handymen – to such a simple, seemingly, but much needed in everyday use things called “hanger”.

And the first thing that catches the eye, looking at the options for self-production is their “storeys”, to be exact – many levels. This approach is not accidental: one hanger almost consists of several hangers, and therefore, it is one you can hang several items of clothing that will allow you to save some space in the cupboard or pantry.

And the second is that they can all be made from almost scrap materials – such as plywood or assembled from wooden planks. Consider the features and capabilities of each design. “Multiedge” hanger (Fig.2) consists of three parts, reminiscent of industrial hangers (Fig.1,a). They are attached, alternating with the two sides of elongated vertical slats, terminating in a cross member with a number of hooks on the back side. On a hanger will easily fit three shirts or blouses, and the hooks will accommodate ties or belts. In the upper part of the vertical slats is made the hole for the hook of stiff wire, the end of which is flattened and has a hole for attachment to the strap.

By the way, this method of manufacturing and attaching the hook the easiest and fit for the rest of the options.

Because of the placement in the Cabinet requires not only clothes, but also many supporting elements – on them and designed a small but also a multi-hanger (Fig.Z). It is composed of straight wooden slats. On the horizontal there is a small plastic or metal hooks, designed for the suspension of pososhkov, kerchiefs, ties, scarves. And in the lower part of vertical strap
attached box-the container in which it is convenient to put the trifle: cufflinks, brooches, hair clips, combs. The trays can be used any ready-made (for example, school pencil case) or made (glued) of hardboard (painted!) or thin plywood.

Like the industrial (Fig. 1,6) implemented a three-tiered hanger “boomerang” (Fig.4) designed for shirts or blouses. Her shoulders are located on both sides of the vertical strap is convenient for independent placement of all three hang of things.

Figure 5 shows a specialized hanger for skirts. It will please mistress to the fact that, first, securely holds the suspended thing through reinforced at the ends of the horizontal small pegs; and secondly, taking up closet one holds four skirts on the “pegs” and a few scarves, belts or scarves on a horizontal hangers. As “pegs” can be used plug-in round wooden or plastic spikes, and (if the thickness of the horizontal small) just hammered nails with “otkusannymi” hats.

His specialization is different and hanger figure 6. It is designed for hanging broad but light “sheet” of things: scarves, shawls, kerchiefs, silk capes. To retain them here used ordinary clothespins. They are attached to the horizontal shoulders by means of wire brackets, skipped through the center of twisted springs, or threaded wire twists, safely pull them to the shoulders. There is another method of fixing pegs – attach them to the shoulders (Fig.7). Any clothespins on a hanger due to their vertical arrangement works and how to capture (their jaws), and as the hook (tail V-shaped portion). This gives you the ability to hang them for more things, expanding the function of the hanger.

The last of the options presented (Fig.8) differs primarily by the fact that this hanger is made of metal. Used two segments of the metal rod d6 mm or the corresponding tube. One shoulder (bottom) bent integrally with the vertical stand and suspension hook, and the other two U-shaped bent second section, are welded or soldered to the rack.

This hanger can hold up to three of the pants, which each horizontal part of the thrust plastic tube (like Cambria) or cut the rubber (plastic) hose. For a more reliable retention is suspended on a hanger stuff the ends of a coat hanger bent up several.
