TABLE BAR

The structural feature of it is that she’s going out of several independent blocks, grouped in two horizontal oval panels — cover and base (Fig.1). Between them the sides are vertical semi-cylindrical section, the closed semi-circular doors. In the Central part there are three closed sections: two vertical and one horizontal, hinged door which turns into a small table. Between the horizontal and side sections in the Assembly are formed by two open niches, and under it, between the vertical sections — open compartment with shelf.

 

Horizontal panel

 

Cap and base are cut from chipboard with thickness of 19 mm; the width and length they have the same’ respectively, 370 and 1364 mm, the radius of the end curves is 185 mm. Both blanks are carefully processed with sandpaper (especially a rounded one), and if necessary are before final painting.

 

The side sections

 

They are identical, but rather mirror: left and right differ only in the place of fastening of a vertical bar with piano hinge for semicircular doors. The bars are installed along the edge of the rack toward the rear plane of the Cabinet.

 

The main part of the section (Fig. 2) — double rear rack from two panels of chipboard with thickness of 19 mm sizes, respectively, 1000×370 mm and mm. 924×370 Small panel attached to a large indent on the top and bottom for inserts, as well as from the leading edge — taking the thickness of the semicircular closing doors.

 

 

 

Insertion — two. top and bottom (see Fig. 1,3). They also are cut from chipboard or thick Board: two circles with diameters of 370 mm and 332 mm, sawn in half, will give the required pair of workpieces. Another circle with a diameter of 332 mm will go to the construction of the interior shelves, attached to a small stand on a plug-in round thorns. The middle section

 

All three horizontal and two vertical sections similar to the ordinary kitchen shelves-lockers. Each of them is going on a familiar and already well-established homebrew technology all panels (sides, roof, floor) are connected to plug-in round thorns (nails) and furniture screws; the back panel is hardboard or thin plywood. Doors are hung using the appropriate furniture and accessories (or for easier — with hinges). Only the horizontal sections are added to the flexible (cord, chain) or a special swivel limiters that hold the tilted door in the “table” as well as a magnetic latch, locking it in closed form. Clips, by the way, can be in doors vertical sections, when you apply the piano hinge.

 

 

 

All the sections are installed in the Assembly with pins: vertical connected thus with the panel-base, and to them there is a horizontal section. Then, also on the nails to fasten the panel cover.

 

It remains to be determined on the reference pins open shelf between the vertical sections — and all elements of the bar would be in the collection.

 

Finish

 

As for making tables bar was used for such a “modest” material, like chipboard, the surface of which does not have its winning texture, as different boards or plywood, then finish furniture Polish (even dark) is eliminated.

 

It is best to use enamel paints, selecting a color in accordance with the environment. In this middle section, for example, can be coordinated with other nearby furniture, and the side, on the contrary, to contrast with her coloring.
