CONCRETE PATTERNS ON THE TRACKS

CONCRETE PATTERNS ON THE TRACKSBeautiful and elegant look of Park paths, lined with small plates. Why not adopt a similar method of covering tracks in the garden area? Because concrete is more durable and clearly benefit from the aesthetic point of view.

Most often gardeners when landscaping stops seeming complexity of manufacturing concrete slabs. However, if a person could build a house, it really to master the casting of concrete blocks can even more. Moreover, the materials this requires the best available: cement, sand, gravel, water and a bit of plywood.

First of all it is necessary to make the formwork because it is cast each tile. The formwork is assembled from four side walls subtended on the perimeter cord, and bottom. The box sidewalls are placed on a plywood bottom and fix with small nails. Further, setting the box on the horizontal plane, cover the entire inner surface of the thick automotive grease. You can then pour the concrete mixture. It is prepared immediately before use, so it is not seized. Tiles suitable for concrete of the same brand for Foundation — M100, M150. M150 has the following composition: volume of water — 20%; concrete — 10%; the volume of aggregate (gravel, sand) — 70%, and sand 40% gravel and 60%.

After pouring the concrete into the formwork (40-45 mm) it must be carefully compacted to avoid shells (air bubbles). The formwork can be removed after three or four days after setting the mixture and to complete the curing of the product is aged for months.

When the proper number of tiles, you can proceed to the track device. First of all it is necessary to mark their direction and width, and smoothed. Then poured a bed of gravel (approximately 100 mm), and on it a layer of sand, on which lay plates. Using sand produced and the adjustment of the plates height, pouring it where you want.

Tiles can be produced in the mold and without the plywood bottom. It will replace plastic film, is laid over a layer of gravel, or rubber Mat. This decision will make the front surface of the embossed tile. You can also make a mosaic of natural stones, placing stones, beautiful pebble along the bottom of the formwork then pour the concrete. There are many options for getting embossed surface, but we leave to the creativity of gardeners and builders.
