Case first stage glued on a mandrel Ø 30 mm made of two layers of glass, of a thickness of 0.03 mm. In the upper part with a length of 25 mm parabolic shape, glued the balsa resistant frame, the face of which is fastened on top, cut a fiberglass tube with an inner Ø of 10.5 mm. This item is a connecting sleeve connecting steps. In the bottom of the hull glued ferrule, carved out of balsa for the mounting of MRD of the first stage. Bottom glue is inserted into the thread of the fastening system recovery steps. And on top of the cage is mounted tube-ognevoj Ø 4 mm CFRP. Stabilizers (three of them) cut from the balsa plate with a thickness of 0,7 mm. the Lateral surface is reinforced with fiberglass. The stabilizers are mounted with epoxy at the butt.
The housing of the second stage — also a pipe made of fiberglass. At a distance of 48 mm from the lower edge glued resistant holder with two diametrically spaced holes Ø 1,5 mm for pin fixing MRD and for attachment of the tether fairing and rescue system. The design of the stabilizers is similar to the first stage. Fairing carved from basswood and has a drilling for attaching the halyard.
 
The recovery system includes two brake band of the Mylar film. In the first stage of its size 28X283 mm; tape is mounted outside on the housing and fixed with thread. The second is the size of 30X3200 mm to fit inside the case.

Connection steps — due to the tight fit of the skirt top MRD in the hub housing of the first stage. This part of the engine (the nozzle) should sit on the upper end of the tube-ognevaya.
