SNOWMOBILE GREEN PATROLSnowmobile patrol green — essential transport for the school of forestry. The machine is designed and built in the laboratory of autocostruzione Bashkir Republican station of young technicians, students in grades 8-9 by S. Speculum, Flue and V. V. Barkov.

 

The main objective that we followed when designing snowmobiles AZP-1, is the ability to repeat them in circles of technical creativity, school workshops and at stations of young technicians. Hence nd the constructive simplicity of the snowmobile.

 

Used mainly components and parts from production cars and motorcycles. That sled turned out the light, refused to depreciation, and the cab made semi-open type.
 
Frame from water pipes Ø 25 — 30 mm To the front welded bushing designed for the rotating axles of the ski. Bushing cross pipe are connected, in parallel, playing the role of the bumper. In the rear of the frame is another transverse pipe by the Stoics under the rear of the ski.
 
The steering control includes a handlebar of the scooter, the steering shaft with a rocking chair attached to the front transverse tube of the frame, the bracket and the rods connecting the rocking levers with swivel axles of the front skis. Traction is made with screwed ferrules on the ends to adjust length.

The propeller drive type laminated birch Ø 1200 mm. It is attached by six M8 bolts to the flange of hub from the rear axle of the sidecar FDD. Between hub and shaft set pulley for winding the starting cord. The transmission from the engine to the shaft of the screw chain. Fencing — tubular frame, clad with metal mesh.
 
Brake — scraper type: moveable lever with a return spring, the drive it is located under the right hand of the driver arm.
