MIXER-KID

This mixer is mainly intended for making babies infant formula, whipping small batches of dessert cocktail or puree fruits and vegetables with the pulp.

We offer Hungarian magazine “Earmaster” design designed for small capacity, not more than a glass and can be manufactured literally from scrap materials.

 

Shown in the figures variant of the mixer demonstrates how easy it is.

 

In fact — let’s start for example with capacitance. It was a small, plastic bottles of juice or water (it is only important that the plastic was designed for food products). The main problem here is that to the original bottle to pick up the other components of suitable sizes, then harvested of their items will be tightly inserted into each other without additional fasteners: this will allow you to easily disassemble them for cleaning.

 

Other elements of the design as is clear from the figure: the electric motor — from children’s toys; micro switch and the battery from flashlight, plus two wires (e.g., from telephone cord).

 

The motor shaft is pushed tight plastic tube (cocktail or ball-point pen with cap), on top of which is mounted the plate-stirrer with curved ends from thin sheet metal (cans of drink).

 

All the constituent elements are selected and assembled to be integral with a cover which, after filling the container tightly closes it. It remains to plug in the battery and press the switch: the mixer quickly prepare a desired mixture.
