To do this, pick up a steel rod with a diameter slightly smaller of the alleged holes. One of its ends it is necessary to flatten (you can do this by pre-heating the rod to red heat) and grind as shown in the figure. The tool is no longer dull, temper his heat again and let cool in oil or salted water. That’s all.
