The axis of the drive wheels rotates in two bearings Ø 6X15 mm, and the driving gear in the two bearings Ø 5×16 mm.
Front suspension — lever, spring. Close wheels planted on the bearings Ø 4X9 mm. In body of the spring mounted pneumatic damper.
Wheels collapsible design. They consist of a duralumin disc inserts, which is vulcanized in the mold a thin layer of high-strength oil-resistant rubber mark BUT-68. For better adhesion of rubber to metal surface of disks processed by “sandblasting” and covered with lacunata is a special fluid that increases the adhesion of rubber to metal.
Drive wheels Ø 80 mm. They are attached to a hub by four screws M3. To prevent runout of the discs they are internal ribs firmly planted on the hub.
The driven wheels Ø 50 mm is pressed onto an axis fixed in bearings of the front control arm.
On the model installed, supercharged glow engine with a cylinder capacity of 2.5 cm3 of the Italian company Rossi. The transition to standard fuel without additives demanded further work on the motor for improved gas dynamic characteristics, allowing it to increase its power.
Using the resonant pipe made the engine work flexible and sustainable, increased the stability of the technical results and improved the adaptability of the model to cordovil coatings of different quality. Tube consists of two halves machined from aluminum on a lathe. They are connected by a sealed in a hollow seam with epoxy. To reduce teplosetevaya, the body of the pipe is covered on the outside with several layers of heat-resistant varnish.
