Almost a quarter of a century are a subscriber of the journal “modelist-Konstruktor”. About the same age are engaged in electric welding apparatus (ESA). Convinced that the most appropriate mass and power “svarochnik” – with a toroidal magnetic core (for example, from a burnt-out electric motor power 3-5 kW). Manufacturing technology of such devices has been maintained in the pages of “Modeller-designer” (see, in particular, publication in № 8’92, 11’92, 3’94, 9’94, 1 ’96, 3’96, 8’97, 11’99). From my own experience and practice of other handmade designers, I also believe it is appropriate to emphasize that the idle current from sturdy welding transformer designed for connection to a household 220-volt network should be of the order of 0.5-1 A. If a smaller value of this parameter decreases the power at most – heated magnetic core, and with it the whole of ESA.
WELDING YOUR
The trailer is made in the club “Tourism, and pedal cars”, which I ran for several years. Used in construction sites and technical solutions repeatedly tried and tested in our velomobiles. So the trailer turned out immediately — didn’t even have it, as they say, to bring — and completely met our expectations. Ford T – the first mass car. To do one car per month at the beginning of the XX century -a difficult task for teams of skilled mechanics and engineers, but doable. It is realistic to collect in the same time a dozen machines in the presence of a specialized Assembly stocks, uninterrupted supply for the posts of parts and team of trained pickers. However, even thousands of workers using the most modern for that time equipment would not be able to produce tens of thousands of cars per month.
Often, in order to work in a range of electrical oscillations of sound frequencies it is necessary to select the same capacitors. This and various or balanced bridge circuits, and is identical (for electrical options) the channels of a stereo or Quad amplifiers…
Old, seemingly obsolete washing machine— a treasure for zealous owner who loves to make things with their hands. Snowmobile has always been one of the most popular homemade vehicles. However, the relative simplicity of design of the vehicle with aerodynamic propulsion introduced many homebrew tempted to create a primitive machine.
